摘    要:采用电聚合方法制备了依来铬黑T修饰玻碳电极,该修饰电极对抗坏血酸(AA)具有较好的催化氧化作用。在优化的实验条件下,AA的氧化电位大大降低,氧化峰电流显著增大,AA浓度在1.0×10-5~2.0×10-3 mol.L-1范围内与氧化峰电流成良好的线性关系。该电极制备简单,响应快,使用方便,用于AA的样品检测,效果良好。

Abstract:Glassy carbon electrode modified with Erichrome Black T was fabricated by electrochemical polymerization.The modified electrode was applied to determination of ascorbic acid(AA) and characterized via cyclic voltammetry(CV).The resulting electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of AA in 0.1 mol·L-1 phosphate medium at pH 6.0.Good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 1.0×10-5~2.0×10-3mol·L-1 with a detection limit of 1.0×10-6 mol·L-1 under the optimum operations.Moreover,the resultant electrode combines characteristics of simple preparation,fast response and facilitated use.The studied electrode has been applied to the analysis of ascorbic acid samples with good results.
