| 摘 要： | 基因芯片疾病诊断系统在医疗卫生、生物医学工程、生命科学研究等领域有着广阔的应用前景。对专家系统在基因芯片疾病诊断系统中的应用进行了初步的探讨,提出了一种用于基因芯片疾病诊断的基于产生式规则的专家系统框架,实现了利用基因芯片对特定疾病诊断的功能要求。

| Abstract: | Micro-array disease diagnosis system will have good prospects for applications in clinics, bio-medical engineering and genetics research. The application of Expert System to micro-array disease diagnosis system is discussed preliminarily, the framework of the Expert System based on rules knowledge representation is proposed for the micro-array disease diagnosis system, and the framework implements the functional requirements for the micro-array disease diagnosis application. |
