| 摘 要： | 采用自行研制的消化液配合美国HACH公司的MD45600型COD反应仪及DR／2010型分光光度计测定溶液的化学需氧量（COD）。在2．00mL分析水样中加入一定量自行研制的消化液和催化剂，消化反应一定时间后，直接通过比色法用分光光度计测定COD，操作简便，检测速度快，测量费用低，准确度和精密度均相当高，其相对标准偏差RSD＝1．78％，完全可以与美国HACH公司提供的标准试剂法相媲美。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a simple and practical method to determine COD, which is easy to operate, convenient and economical. Cooperating with HACH MD45600 COD reactor, digestion to solution and catalyst prepared with routine reagents are used to oxide the sample (only 2.00 mL) and HACH DR/2010 spectrophotometer to determine COD Cr . The accuracy and the reappearance ability of the method accord with the monitoring requirements RSD=1.78%, which is as good as the one obtained from the standard solvent method advanced by HACH method Co. |
