定北深井小井眼钻井技术研究

摘    要:定北深井小井眼三开井段钻遇奥陶系、寒武系、前古生界,下部地层以石英砂岩居多,可钻性差。定8井实钻资料表明,三牙轮钻头、PDC钻头、巴拉斯钻头、单牙轮钻头与地层不匹配,天然金刚石钻头有望解决该问题。现场采用柔性钻具防斜,或PDC钻头吊打防斜,并加强井斜监测,能够有效控制井斜,还可以提高机械钻速。

Abstract:The drilling of deep slim-bole wells in Dingbei met the Ordovician, Cambrian and pre-Paleozoic, quartz sandstones in the lower strata, which causes low drillability, and the actual drilling shows that it does not match the layers using tricone bits, PDC bits, bal- las bits and single-cone bits, while the natural diamond bits are expected to solve the problem. The drilling rate may be effectively improved by using anti-deflection flexible drilling tools or PEC bits and strengthening the monitoring of deviation.
