| 摘 要： | 活性白土是以膨润土与硫酸经高温反应而制得。对活性白土生产过程中使用的反应液(即酸性废液)的主要成份进行了分析,初步讨论了酸性废液循环活化对活性白土的活性度、脱色力等主要质量指标的影响。结果表明,酸性废液循环使用,既节约了资源,亦降低了成本,收到了较好的效果。但是,酸性废液循环使用不能超过三次,否则将严重影响产品质量。

| Abstract: | The activated clay with bentonite was prepared by high temperature reaction with sulfuric acid .This paper analyzes the main ingredients in the reaction liquid (the acid waste liquid) used by active white production process, and makes a prelimi-nary discussion on the influence of the main quality indexes such as decoloring force , which is produced by the acid waste liquid circulation activation .The results show that the acid waste liquid recycling has received the good effects , such as saving the re-sources, reducing the cost.However, the number of time of using acid waste liquid circulation is no more than three;otherwise it will seriously affect the quality of the product. |
