| 摘 要： | 讨论了计算机辅助主轴回转误差检测原理,分析了影响测量精度的因素,通过傅立叶变换分析,指出检测元件安装偏心和形状误差是影响主轴回转误差测量精度的主要因素.采用滤波技术消除检测元件安装偏心和形状误差的影响,达到精确获取主轴回转误差信息的目的.

| Abstract: | The principle of monitoring the rotating error of a machine tool main shaft by a computer is discussed. The factors of influencing the measuring accuracy of the rotating error are analyzed. It is pointed out that the mounting off center and the shape error of detecting elements are main influence factors. In the paper, the influence of them is eliminated by Fourier transform and wave filtering, therefore the more precise rotating error can be obtained. |
