| 摘 要： | 针对我国地域分布的实际情况及移动通信业务量各时间段的差异，提出了一种适合我国的移动通信卫星组网星座方案，利用一颗同步卫星和两个低轨道上16颗小卫星来构建卫星通信系统，达到移动通信的要求，并对这一星座方案在我国范围内的覆盖情况进行了比较详细的分析。

| Abstract: | In view of the actual terrestrial conditions of China and the differences of
the service of mobile communication in different p e riods, a constellation design of a
satellite net construction is proposed for mobile satellite communication systems in
China. A GEO-stationary satellite and 16 LEO-stationary satellites will be used to build
the satellite communication system in order to meet the needs of mobile communication. The
coverage to our country of this constellation design is analyzed in detail. |
