| 摘 要： | 本文论述了高等院校开展学术交流活动的重要意义，结合我区高校实际情况提出了高校加强校内学术交流活动的具体措施和制度，阐述了教学科研单位、教师、学生在学术活动中的地位和学术活动的组织与协调，最后强调在开展学术交流活动中应该处理好的九大关系。

| Abstract: | This text discusses the important meaning of high school opening the exhibition academic exchanges activity. In combinative the actual circumstance in Tibetan high school put forward the concrete measure of the high school enhances the academic exchanges activity. Expatiating the status of the teaching and science department, teachers and students in the activity .Finally it emphasizes at nine relationships with opening exhibition academic exchanges activity. |
