应用模糊分类方法评价机器运行状态的变化

摘    要:本文通过对机器振动状态的模糊聚类分析,正确评价了解机器当前运行状态及过去一段时间内运行状态的变化情况.并将模糊分类方法和优化理论相结合,提出了一种对机器运行状态的发展趋势作出合适评价的新方法,为机组的大修和停机时间从理论上提供了依据.最后,通过对现场不同机组数据的计算,证明本方法是切实可行的,其效果是令人满意的.

Abstract:In this paper,with the aid of fuzzy classification to vibration data of a machine,it is easy to evaluate the dogree of variation of operating condition in the present or in a certain time interval in the past.Through the integration of fuzzy classification method and optimization method,a new method of fore- casting the operating trend has been put forward in the paper.By using this method,field engineer can obtain a better knowledge about the machine opera- ting condition,especially about some faults changing acoording to some regula- rity Correspondingly,it gives a good guidance to set up the timetable of over- haul and shutdown the machine set.In the end,through the field application, we can draw a conclusion that this method is satisfactory.
