| 摘 要： | 推进社会主义新农村建设是适应我国经济社会发展新阶段提出的必然要求,要以促进农村经济社会全面进步为目标推进社会主义新农村建设,建设社会主义新农村,以提高农民收入水平为核心,促进生产新发展.以改变城乡二元结构为目标,构建发展新机制.坚持以经济建设为中心,加强制度创新,努力发展农村生产力.以培育一代新型农民为重点,加强精神文明建设,形成良好的社会新风尚.

| Abstract: | Accelerating the construction of a new socialist countryside is the inevitable demand for adapting us to the new phase of the economic and social development.In order to achieve this aim,we are required to boost the economic society in a comprehensive way.We should try every means to increase farmers'income;to construct a new development mechanism so as to change the binary structure of cities and countryside;to reinforce the system innovation and develop rural production capacity,and what is more,to strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization and form new social customs to cultivate a new-type of farmers. |
