| Abstract: | In this paper we present a design of the window discriminator,which can be a interface between bioelectronical recorders and microcomputers.This window discriminator can separate single neural spike trains from a multiunit recording containing more than one neural element,and then convert neural spikes to be the standard TTL pulses so that the microcomputer can take these pulses as data for analysis.On the other hand,to prevent a wrong trigger which might be induced by the stimulus artifact,the discriminator has an ad- ditional artifact inhibition function. |
