有氧运动前、后肌组织自由基代谢和抗氧化酶变化特征的研究

摘    要:通过对大鼠在安静状态下,运动至疲劳后的即刻,恢复30min,恢复3h,恢复24h时的小腿三头肌有关指标的测定,结果发现:MDA含量,GSH含量,SOD活力,CAT活力由安静状态下运动后恢复24h的5个不同时相均呈现依次下降的趋势,而GSH活力在前4个时相则逐渐升高,最后又下降到低于安静时的水平。

Abstract:By measuring the concerned index of the rats' triceps muscle of calf in sedentray state and different periods of time:at the very moment from the beginning of the exexcise to feeling tiredness, after 30 minutes recovery. 3 hours' recovery 24 hours' recovery, The results indicate the obvious tendency of decreasing of the content of MAD. GSH and the activity of SOD. CAT in turns, while the activity of GSH of the first 4 times was gradully increasing and the activity of GSH become little lower last than it is in sedentary state. This imply that low intensity aerobic sta minal exercise has not obvious effect to raise the anti_origenizing ability of muscletissues, and there isn't inevitable contact between musle tiredness and free radical metabolism.
