| 摘 要： | 褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)属于臂尾轮虫属,被公认为重要海洋经济动物苗种培育的优良生物饵料.实验采用单个体培养技术,运用生态毒理学原理,研究了褶皱臂尾轮虫在不同浓度的萘(属于多环芳烃)的影响下,对实验种群的存活时间、产卵量等关键生长发育参数的变化.结果表明:不同浓度萘对轮虫的平均寿命和产卵量有明显作用,总体表现为先抑制后刺激;对其生长发育5个时期的历时也产生了明显影响,分为缩短或延长发育期历时两种结果,随着萘浓度不同,各发育期受影响的程度不同,且差异性较大.

| Abstract: | The Brachionus plicatilis is one of common rotifer types in the sea,which has the vital role in material and energy transfer in the natural water ecosystem circulation.We studied the effect of the different concentrations of PAHs——naphthalene on B.plicatilis experimental population of survival,fecundity,and other key growth parameters using the eco-toxicology principle in single culture system.The results showed that different concentrations of naphthalene could increase first and then decrease the average life expectancy of spawning and shorten or extend the development period. |
