| 摘 要： | 针对葡萄酒质量好坏的评价问题进行综合分析,依据所给条件和数据,综合运用多元统计分析法中的概率论、非参数检验、主成分分析、聚类分析、多元回归的知识,建立了秩和检验、典型相关分析等多个模型,讨论并研究葡萄酒的评价系统、酿酒葡萄的分级、葡萄与葡萄酒理化指标之间的联系等相关问题.使用SPSS 19.0和MATLAB 7.0软件求解并得出相应结果,综合运用定性与定量分析法对模型进行检验,最后对模型做简要的评价和推广.

| Abstract: | A comprehensive analysis is given about the quality of the wine is good or bad e- valuation, According to the conditions and data, to comprehensively apply knowledge of probabili- ty theory, non-parametric tests, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, multiple regres- sion. Furthermore, we have created some models, such as rank-sum test, the main ingredient-clus- tering, canonical correlation analysis, to discuss and study wine evaluation system, the classifica- tion of wine grapes, the link between the physical and chemical indicators of grape and wine-relat- ed issues. The results obtained by use SPSS 19.0 and MATLAB 7.0. And finally,to give a brief evaluation and promotion about models. |
