汉英造字构词中的男尊现象

中英两国历史悠久 ,都拥有优美的语言和独特的文字。两国都经历了漫长的封建社会 ,因而封建的男女有别观念作为历史尘埃 ,曾弥漫沉积在两国的语言文字之中。汉英造字构词中的男尊女卑现象 ,正是这种观念的表露。这是一种语言奴役和精神桎梏。因而在对汉英造字构词的历史进行反思的同时 ,更应创造一个语言文字上男女平等、互相尊重的文明氛围。

Men Superior in Chinese and English Word-Buildings

China and the Great Britain both have a long history with their excellent languages and special word\|buildings. Each of the countries has experienced a long period of feudalism, in which the feudal ideology, like historical dust, once spread over and deposited in the two word\|buildings. "Men superior and women inferior " in them is a revelation of this feudal ideology. And this is a sort of language slavery and spiritual shackles, which have constrained and ruined the soul of the two peoples, especially of the women, for centuries. This thesis appeals for a harmonious linguistic atmosphere of equality and mutual respect between men and women while introspecting the word\|building history.
