摘    要:在pH=3.0的B-R缓冲溶液中,左氧氟沙星和司帕沙星的最大吸收波长分别为292nm和296nm,两者吸收光谱严重重叠.用多元线性回归(MLR)、K-矩阵(AKC)、P-矩阵(CPA)等计算方法辅助紫外分光光度法,同时测定了模拟样中LVFX和SPFX的含量,平均回收率为97.8%-103%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.33%-4.45%.该体系的加和性良好,故三种算法都取得了较为满意的结果,尤以CPA算法为佳。

Abstract:The absorption maxima of Levofloxacin and Sparfloxacin in pH 3 B-R buffer solution lies at 292nm and 296nm respectively, indicating strong overlapping absorption spectra. The above mentioned two components in simulated samples have been simultaneously determined using UV Spectrophotometry assisted by some chemometrics methods such as Multiple Linear Regression (MLR), AKC , matrix method, CPA matrix method. The additivity for the systems is good, so all the chemometrics methods used achieve satisfactory results. The CPA matrix method is the best method in determination of this system.
