摘    要:测量了 CTBN增韧环氧树脂的JR阻力曲线,利用理想弹塑性平面应变I型定常扩展裂纹的局部解及塑性介质中孔洞演化的Rice-Tracey方程,近似计算了裂纹尖端附近的孔洞化塑性体膨胀和残余应变能密度。通过对增韧机制的力学分析.得到定常扩展裂纹与起裂状态时的断裂韧性差值与 CTBN体积分数及材料断裂应变的关系式,它对环氧基材料的增韧设计有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The JR resistance curve of CTBN toughened epoxy resins is experimentally measured in this paper. The asymptotic solution for a mode I plane strain crack growing steadily in an elastic-perfectly plastic medium, as well as for the Rice-Tracey equation for void evolution in a plastic matrix, is utilized to estimate the void-induced dilatational plasticity and the residual strain energy density in the wake of a growing crack. Through the modelling of the above-mentioned toughening mechanisms, quantitative expressions are derived which relate the increment of fracture toughness from crack initiation to steady state growth, to the volume fraction of CTBN and other material parameters. The present research thus serves as a guideline forthe design of toughening epoxy-based polymeric materials.
