摘    要:本文研究了在内噪声存在的情况下,耦合细胞体系对外噪声的选择效应。模拟过程中发现:体系中钙离子振荡行为对多个噪声强度表现出较好响应,改变耦合强度和耦合单元数目时,出现了多重随机共振和不同共振态之间的转变现象。为解释这种转变现象发生的机理,计算了钙离子振荡时间序列的标准差来表征体系的活动强度,发现上述转变现象与体系的活动强度密切相关。模拟结果表明:耦合细胞体系可以根据实际情况,自发调节自身结构参数来合理利用内外噪声,并借助于随机共振模式转变的机制,对外界不同的刺激信号作出选择性的响应。

Abstract:We investigate the selective effects to external noise in a coupled internal-noisy cells system.We find that at the multiple noise levels,the collective behavior of calcium oscillation shows the best performance,which implies the appearance of stochastic multi-resonance(SMR) and the transition behavior among different resonant states.Furthermore,by calculating the standard deviation of time series of calcium oscillation to measure the activity degree of the system,we find that the two distinct kinds of resonant behaviors may have some inherent relevance with the activity degree.These results show that,in order to reasonably use the external noise,the system may adjust themselves' configuration parameters,and by the mechanism of resonant mode transition,the system may selectively response to the different stimulus from the outside.
