| 摘 要： | 科技进步对于经济增长的作用巨大,培育科技的经济功能是政府的职责所在,通过市场经济下政府科技职能的理论分析,明确科技经济功能培育的政府职能;深入剖析政府科技管理职能的现状,针对现阶段的职能缺失问题,提出了培育科技市场微观主体、强化科技资金投入、增强科技政策导向功能、完善科技评价体制的政府科技职能优化路径。
