基于AMESim的内外控结合单向顺序阀平衡回路的平衡能力分析

摘    要:在工程机械、起重机械中,如果系统本身自重过大或负载较大,应该设置平衡回路.平衡回路能在油缸活塞杆自重下下降时通过平衡阀产生足够背压,平衡自重,防止活塞或运动部件因自重超过油泵供油量所能提供的运动速度而出现失速现象.文章通过AMESim软件仿真研究内外控基础上结合单向顺序阀的平衡阀回路,并与常用的简单平衡回路进行对比,分析得出内外控结合单向顺序阀的平衡回路在系统中具有明显的优势:确保了回路的快速反应,又对回路冲击有着缓冲稳定作用.

Abstract:In engineering machinery and lifting machinery,if the weight of system is too large or heavy load,it should be setted the counterbalance valve circuit. To generate sufficient to balance weight own to oil cylinder piston back pressure by the counterbalance valve circuit . For avoiding the lose of speed of the piston or moving parts by weight exceeds the fuel supply can be to offer . A simulation study on internal and external combined one-way sequence valve counterbalance circuit through AMESim simulation,in its analysis of the circuitbalance property by contrast with common counterbalance circui. Drawing a conclusion that the internal and external combined one-way sequence valve counterbalance circuit has a obvious advantage:Not only ensure the quickly reaction,But also has the buffer stability impact.
