摘    要:从电解锰废渣中分离出一株具有锰抗性和锰富集作用的菌株,用分子生物学对菌株进行了鉴定,并用扫描电镜对菌株去除锰的机理进行了探讨.实验结果表明,分离菌株为Fusarium sp.,在Mn2+质量浓度3 000 mg/L液体培养基中能够生存,对废水中的锰有较强的去除率.菌株在Mn2+废水初始质量浓度为500 mg/L,pH值...

Abstract:A strain capable of tolerating and accumulating manganese was separated from manganese-electrolyzed slag.And then it was identified by molecular biology method,and the mechanism of removing manganese was studied by the Scanning Electron Microscope.The result showed that the name of the fungi was Fusarium sp.,which can survive in the medium with 3000 mg/L manganese,and has high removal efficiency of manganese from manganese waste water.The removal efficiency can reach 97.5% under the concentration of Mn2+ 50...
