| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校党支部.特别是学生支部存在的一些问题,提出了师生一体化的党支部工作模式并进行了工作实践,该模式在党的基层组织层面上实现教师和学生的结合,突出教师党员在党支部工作中的主导作用,增强党支部工作的针对性和有效性.
