模拟移动床集散控制系统的设计

摘    要:设计了一套由工控机、西门子PLC和智能仪表构成的模拟移动床集散控制系统.上位机采用“组态王6.5”工业控制组态软件,对控制系统的构成、硬件结构和功能、系统编程和组态进行了设计与分析,使整个系统的自动化程度和分离精度得到较大的提高.且上位机软件采用国产“组态王”和VB相结合的方式,克服了“组态王”命令语言环境较弱的缺点.

Abstract:Based on the study of developing actuality and operation flow of SMB (simulated moving bed), a SMB distributed control system made up of computer?PLC and intelligent instrument is designed. The software is the industrial control configuration software "kingview 6.5". The system constitution, hardware structure, system program and configuration of the SMB control system are analyzed and designed. The control system improves the extent of automatization and the precision of separation. In the process of developing, to overcome the shortcoming of weak command language condition of "kingview", the "kingview" is combined with VB in software.
