| 摘 要： | 部分企业由于对索赔的理念不清楚,可以索赔的机会掌握不好,或是由于证据不足和索赔程序不对,丧失了索赔机会,将本不该由施工企业承担的风险完全由自身承受,企业遭受了不必要的损失。文章针对施工企业在索赔工作中容易遇到的问题提出了一些具有针对性的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Some enterprise does not understand partially the concept for claim, or evidence incorrect insufficient and claim program, have lost claim opportunity, completely by it self, bear the risk that should be by construction enterprise undertaken not, enterprise have suffered unnecessary loss. Through analyzing in detail the various factors resulting from the claim and their consequences, the feasible measures and suggestions on the claim and also put forward, which may be a reference for managers of project construction. |
