自动限温加热带电—热性能的研究

摘    要:研究了自动限温加热带的电—热性能,得到的结果表明:主动电阻与温度为双曲线关系,功率与温度成线性关系,二者是相互关联的.这是由于加热带通电工作时具有自动限温能力,而自动限温的能力来自加热带的被动电阻具有很高的正温度系数的(PTC)特性所致.讨论了影响加热带输出功率的因素.

Abstract:The electrothermic behaviour of self-temperature-limiting heating strip was investigated.The results obtained showed that the hyperboric relation of active resistance and temperature was correlated with the linear relation of power output and temperature.The correlation mentioned above was due to the self-temperature.limiting character of the heating strip at work and such character resulted from the high positive temperature coefficient(PTC)of the passive resistance.The factors that influenced the power output of the heating strip were discussed.
