摘    要:本文介绍利用透射电镜观察塑性加工后,白口铸铁形变、呈复和再结晶过程的组织及亚结构的变化。经研究发现:塑性加工的白口铸铁中共晶碳化物位错滑移、交割并形成位错网络,出现共晶碳化物亚晶块,继而“破碎”并钝化。而基体的位错增殖且晶粒细化,有分布较均匀的粒状碳化物。故此,白口铸铁强韧性有较大提高。

Abstract:The microstructure and substructure of white cast iron during recovery and recrystallization were studied with TEM. The results showed: after plastic deformation, the dislocations in eutectic Fe_3C ship, jog and form some dislocation networks. Eutectic Fe_3C subcrystallines occur and crush, passivate. However, proliferation of dislocations in matrix make the crystalline grain finer, and there are Fe_3C grains distribute it homogeneously. So the strength and tougheness of the white cast iron were improved remarkably.
