| Abstract: | The paper introduced the capital secondary sewage reuse for the thermal power plant in domestic and international city. At the same time, taking the secondary sewage from the Beijing Gaobeidian sewage plant reuse for the recycle cooling water in the Huaneng Beijing cent company as an example, it argued the way to controlling the recycle cooling water quality. |
