| 摘 要： | 对于多层平板波导的模场分布的研究,转移矩阵方法行之有效.该文研究由两种均匀基膜交替邻接组成的多沟道光波导,通过合理的划分周期区间,将一个周期取作3层对称膜,从而可以用一个等效的单层结构来替代它.然后,严格导出了这种周期性结构TE模的转移矩阵和模式本征方程.

| Abstract: | The analytical transfer matrix method is an effective method on the study of modes profiles in multi-player wave-guide.In this paper,we study multi-channel optical wave-guide that is made of two kinds uniform basal films next alternately.By divide district of one period reasonably,each period is made of three layer symmetry films,then use an equivalent single-player structure substituting for it.Derive TE modes transfer matrix and modes latent equation of the periodical structure. |
