| Abstract: | In this paper we establish by means of Mosser's technique the degenerats elliptic equation and give a local estimate of the, generalized solution in the interior and adj- acency to. "the boundary of the domain as well as Harnack inequality. Also discussed is the continuity of the solution in the interior and near the bou- ndary of the domain. |
