| 摘 要： | 本文主要证明了如下结果：设Ｈ为Ｈｏｐｆ代数，Ｃ为Ｈ－余模余代数，则ｄ∈Ｃ，存在Ｃ的有限维子余模余代数Ｄ使ｄ∈Ｄ．这一结果是经典的余代数基本定理的推广。
