| 摘 要： | 文章从我国企业的实际情况出发,引出我国企业财务管理目标的一个逐渐演进过程。其中以产值最大化、利润最大化、股东财富最大化和企业价值最大化等目标最具有影响力和代表性,通过对几种模式的比较,找出适合我国现状的企业财务管理目标。
