新型萘酚类二当量青成色剂2-CC的核磁共振研究

摘    要:本文通过多种去耦方法及二维核磁共振技术(包括反转门控去耦、非畸变极性转移增强技术、二维13C—1H相关谱、二维1H—1H相关谱、二维J分解谱)研究了新型萘酚类二当量青成色剂1-羟基-4-(甲磺酰基乙氧基)-N-正十六烷基-2-萘甲酰胺(2-CC)分子中13C—1H间的耦合作用.在此基础,归属了2-CC分子中碳和氢原子的化学位移信号;并且进一步讨论了分子中氢键和虚假远程耦合作用

Studies on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance of a Novel 2 Equivalent Naphthol Cyan Coupler 2 CC
Abstract:The coupling actions between carbon and hydrogen in 1-hydroxy 4 (2 methylsulfonylethoxy) N n hexadecyl 2 naphthamide (2 CC) as a novel 2 equivalent cyan coupler were discribed by using various 2D NMR techniques and decoupling methods (including lnverse Gate Decoupling; Distortionless Enhancement by Polarization Transfer; 2D 13 C- 1H COSY; 2D 1H- 1H COSY and 2D J-Resolved Spectroscopy). On the basic, all the Chemical shifts of carbon and Hydrogen in the 2 CC were completely assigned, and H-bond and virtural long-range coupling of the 2 CC were further discussed.
