成都市生物制药企业人才培育调查与分析

通过对成都市生物制药企业人才培育现状的调查,分析其存在的问题和原因,进而为企业人才培育提供具体建议.方法:采用问卷调查的方法,随机抽取30家制药企业进行调查,收回有效问卷17份,在此基础上进行统计分析.结果:成都市生物制药企业员工内部培养机制尚不健全,存在一定的制约因素;员工培训覆盖面、培训费用以及培训力度普遍较低.结论:企业需要采取一系列的措施来健全内部培养机制从而为企业自身可持续发展提供有效保障.

Survey and Analysis of Staff-training Status in Biopharmaceutical Enterprises of Chengdu

To investigate the current training status of staffs in biopharmaceutical enterprises in Chengdu and analyze the problems and related reasons in order to provide specific suggestions for the training, 30 related enterprises were randomly selected to complete the questionnaire survey and 17 returns on which the analysis based were obtained. The findings show that the internal training system is imperfect which has some restraining factors; coverage rate of staff training is small; lack of training expenditure and training strength is poor in those enterprises. The training system is not complete and several factors restrict the training mechanism. It is concluded that these enterprises need to take a series of powerful measures to improve the internal training system so that they can provide effective guarantee for their sustainable self-developments.
