基于合作教学的师范生实习支教模式改革的思考

开展师范生实习支教工作是提高师范生培养质量的有效措施,同时也有利于帮助农村中小学提高师资水平,促进素质教育的全面实施.但目前支教过程中,存在师范生缺乏实践经验的专业指导,农村教师专业化发展不甚理想的问题.改革当前模式,实习教师与置换教师建立合作教学关系,成为相互学习、相互促进的共同体,双方理论与实践有效结合,深入教学合作,最终实现"双赢".
