| 摘 要： | 农民用水户协会(WUA)建设已成为改善灌溉系统管理的有效途径,对农业生产具有重要意义.通过对重庆市3个WUA项目区县的实地调研,采用定性和定量方法,分别从组织系统、经济系统、灌溉系统3个方面对WUA进行绩效评价,总结出其运行的基本经验并简要剖析了存在的问题,以期为重庆WUA的建设及可持续发展提供借鉴和依据.
