Fe-Cu,Co-Cu溶解度间隙的集团变分法分析

摘    要:由二元溶体的热力学性质推导出原子间结合能参数与成分、温度的函数关系。并应用这一关系,按集团变分法理论计算了 Fe-Cu,Co-Cu 二元合金溶解度间隙曲线,得到了与实测相图基本一致的结果。

Abstract:The composition/temperature-dependent atomic interaction parameters have been developed through the thermodynamic properties of binary solutions. Using these energy parameters,the miscibility gap curves of Fe-Cu and Co-Cu alloys are calculated by way of tetrahedron approximation of Cluster Variation Method. The results show good agreement with experimental phase diagrams,thus confirm the accuracy of the present model.
