紫外线照射核黄素产生自由基诱发蚕豆根尖细胞异常

摘    要:以蚕豆根尖为材料,研究了核黄素在紫外光照条件下对细胞有丝分裂的影响,结果表明,核黄素在紫外光照条件下产生的活性氧自由基能明显的抑制有丝分裂,使有丝分裂指数明显下降,当核黄素浓度为0.1mmol/L时,有丝分裂指数下降为72.18%。此外,紫外光照的核黄素还能诱发较高频率的双核细胞,以及微核和各类类型的染色体畸变,表明核黄素在紫外线照射条件下能有效的抑制细胞板的形成,使染色体DNA发生断裂。

Abstract:The effect of riboflavin irradiated with UV rays on the mitosis of cells was studied with material of root of vicia faba. The result showed that the active oxygen free radicals of riboflavin produced by irradiation with UV rays could obviously inhibit the mitosis of root cells,so the mitosis index was cut down.When the concentration of riboflavin was 0.1 mmol/L,the mitosis index was cut down by about 72.18%,moreover,riboflavin irradiated with UV rays could induce higher frequency of binucleus cells,and aberration of micronuclei and various kinds of chromosome.This showed that riboflavin irradiated with UV rays could effectively inhibit the formation of cell plate,and make chromosome breakage.
