半固态表观粘度的两段半抛物线拟合插值法

摘    要:在分析半固态金属表观粘度特点的基础上,提出了半固态金属表观粘度的两段半抛物线拟合插值法.用该法得到了精度较高的Sn-15%Pb和Al-4.5%Cu-1.5%Mg合金半固态表观粘度的拟合插值公式,并比较了这两种拟合公式的计算值与实验值.结果表明,两段半抛物线拟合插值法是有效的半固态金属表观粘度拟合方法,其拟合精度明显优于指数函数和幂函数模型的拟合公式.

Abstract:Based on analyzing the trait of its apparent viscosity, the fitting interpolation method of two semiparabolic segments was put forward in order to improve the fitting formulae of semisolid apparent viscosity. The precise fitting formulae for the semisolid apparent viscosity of Sn 15%Pb alloy and Al 4.5%Cu 1.5%Mg alloy were obtained by using the proposed method. Compared the computing value of semisolid apparent viscosity of those two alloys with its experimental values, the conclusions are arrived at that the fitting interpolation method of the two semiparabolic segments is a good fitting method for the apparent viscosity of the sheared slurry, and its fitting precision is better than that of the fitting method of exponential function and power law equation.
