| 摘 要： | 随着中国社会经济的快速发展,城市建设规模的日益扩大,我们现在遇到了发达国家经济发展初级阶段都发生过的"通病",即忽略环境色彩应用的管理和立法.统一规划和科学管理城市色彩,是关系到国家形象,以及提高人们生活质量和社会文明的大事.改善和规范环境色彩的应用,消除环境色彩垃圾,尽快建立公共环境色彩管理法律法规,是我们当前亟待解决的问题.
