多部门能源消费效率的要因分析——中国和日本比较

从定性和定量两个方面，对中国和日本两国能源消费效率的变化要因进行了剖析，从而为在维持我国经济持续发展的同时，改善我国能源消费效率以及环境状况的途径方面提供有益的借鉴作用，尽量深入到各个部门去展开分析可以说是本文的新的尝试，分析结果表明，1987－1997年我国制造业整体能源消费效率改善的主要原因是由于能源消费原单位的下降，也就是说技术要因起了很大的作用，而日本的能源消费效率改善的主要原因则是构造变化要因。

Analysis on the Efficiency of Energy Consumption by Multi-sector--A Comparison between China and Japan

This paper analyzes the factor of the efficiency of energy consumption in multi sector. To maintain the sustainable economical development, it is very important to improve the efficiency of energy consumption and the Environment in China. In 1987 to 1997, the consumption of the energy in most of the manufacturing industry has been improved. The main reason of this is the technological improvements and which bring the decrease of the energy consumption. On the other hand, in Japan, the reason of the improvement in consumption of energy is the structure changing. The paper also analyzes the energy consumption in different departments of the manufacturing industry.
