摘    要:以“水华”蓝藻中常见的铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)为受试藻种,探索一种用于蓝藻“水华”控制的方法,即浸没式UV-C技术.并通过一系列实验,分别从群体、细胞、分子水平,对此技术控制蓝藻生长的抑制效应予以阐释.

Abstract:This article studies the submerged UV-C technology for the controling of cyanobacterial water bloom. Thus Microcystis aeruginosa is used as test species, and the principle of inhibitory effect exerted by the submerged UV-C technology on Microcystis aeruginosa would be revealed from the level of population, cell and molecule through a series of experiments.
