| 摘 要： | 在举重比赛时，提高抓举第一次试举的成功率是值得探讨的共性问题。从赛前调整运动员训练强度及心理状态、确定开把重量、控制体重和安排准备活动等方面结合实际，系统地介绍了解决这个问题的经验。

| Abstract: | It's a generality problem to raising the white lamp ratio of the first trial in weight-lifting competition. The paper has introduced several experiences from adjustment intensity of training and psychological pressure before competition, selecting starting weight, reduce bodyweight and warm up to solve the problem in a systematic way. |
