摘    要:分析操作技能的基本构成,以及学生学习操作技能的理论过程,从教育心理学的角度提出学生学习操作技能的三个阶段,着重论述了教师在技能教学过程中要求和指导作用,提出了教师在学生动手能力培养方面应注意的几个问题.

Abstract:The basic formations of operative skills and the theoretical process for students to study are analysed.According to the educational pshychology, students should master the three stages to learn the operative skills well.The requirements and instructive tasks in teaching are stressed to teachers and several problems should be noticed in fostering students operative abilities.
