浅议地方人大及常委会对村民委员会的监督

《村委会选举法》的颁布，村委会的直接、差额选举是我国民主政治建设的里程碑。地方人大及常委会能否对村委会的选举、罢免及日常工作进行监督存在不同看法。本文充分分析了地方人大及常委会对村委会监督的依据、方法及应注意解决的问题。

On Supervision to theVillage Committee by the Local People's Congress and the Standing Committee

The promulgation of 《Electoral Law of Village Committee》 and the direct, muticandidate election of village committee are the milestone in the democratic and political establishment of our country. There are some different opinions on whether the local people's congress and the standing committee can supervise the election, recall and day-to-day work of the village committee. This paper analyzes fully the bases, methods of supervision to the village committee by the local people's congress and the standing committee and puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to and resolved.
