| Abstract: | After a primary analysis of the classical bid strategy models, it is found out that these models fail to consider realistic circumstances in bidding. A new bid strategy model BRSM (Bid Reliability Stratrgy Model) based on the analysis of reliability is proposed in the present paper. The model does not only consider the bid circumstances and competitors, but also the demands of the owner. BRSM has been availably used in unusual bidding. An Example is qiven, which shows that BRSM is rational and practical. |
