梁柱式木结构加固方法及抗侧力性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究梁柱式胶合木结构在加固后的抗侧力性能,对9榀单层单跨梁柱式木框架足尺试件进行了低周反复荷载试验,其中3榀为未损坏对照组试件,6榀为加固组试件.考虑了节点区域包裹碳纤维布(FRP)和植入自攻螺钉2种加固方法,及纯框架和隅撑框架2种结构体系形式.根据试验现象和试验数据的分析,探讨了木结构加固方法的可行性,对比了不同方法的效果和差异,研究了各组试件在反复荷载作用下的破坏模式、刚度、变形和耗能等力学性能.结果表明,2种加固方法均可以有效地抑制裂缝开展,并能够恢复结构的强度、刚度、耗能等力学性能;受损的梁柱式木结构框架,采用节点区域加固并增设隅撑,结构的抗侧力性能可以得到显著的提高.

Abstract:In order to study the lateral resistance of reinforced damaged glued-laminated timber post and beam structures, nine cyclic tests on full-scale one-storey, one-bay timber post and beam construction specimens were carried out, including three regular specimens as control group and six reinforced specimens as study group. Two reinforcement methods (wrapping the joints with fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) and implanting self tapping screws in the joints) and two structural systems (simple frame and frame with knee-brace) were considered in the experimental tests. Based on the experimental phenomena and test results, feasibility of the reinforcement was discussed, contribution between different methods was evaluated, and the seismic performances of the specimens were studied. Results showed that both the two reinforcement methods could restrain the development of crack, and recover the strength, stiffness and energy dissipation capacity. It also showed that the lateral resistance could be improved significantly when the failed timber frame retrofitted by reinforcing the joint and adding knee-brace, and this approach can be very practical in engineering.
