| 摘 要： | 从评估城市复合生态系统健康状况角度出发，构建了以活力、组织、恢复力三方面构成的全面小康社会下生态型城市指标体系，参考国家有关标准以及国内外城市生态建设经验，提出了相应的指标值和评价方法，上海浦东新区实例证明该指标体系具有较强的实用性。

| Abstract: | Urban ecological construction is the essential base-stone for building a well-off society in all-around way in China. An indicator system for eco-city in a well-off society has been established, which consists of vigor, organization and resilience. The assessment method and criteria were also developed, based on national standard and domestic as well as abroad advanced experiences. The pilot case studies of Shanghai Pudong New Area showed that this indicator system is very practical. |
