| Abstract: | The bamboo acidity is an important property for the rational utilization of bamboo . The pH and buffering capacities of 12 different species of bamboos were measured and analyzed in this paper. The result indicates that pH values of 12 species of bamboos were within 5.53 to 6.04, their base buffering capacities were between 0.300 to 0.818mmol and their acid buffering capacities were between 0.038 to 0.116mmol, |
