摘    要:设计可调斜流泵叶片,除了要求轴面速度分布规律合理和绘型方法的正确外,正确处理各个几何参数和它们之间的关系,也是叶轮叶片设计中的重要问题.1.可调斜流泵的轮毂比和叶片轴倾斜角a.轮毂比.可调斜流泵叶轮的轮毂比d_h/D与比转数n_s有关,轮毂比随比转数增加而减小.为了使叶轮内液体绕叶片流动所产生旋涡损失最小,设计叶轮叶片时,必须使翼型绕流每一流线的环量相等,也就是叶片各流线的出口速度环量相等.在轮毂处,由于直径d_h小,圆周速度小,要保证翼型绕流环量满足设计所需要的值,必须大大地增加叶片角,这样使叶片的弯曲度急剧增加,或者把叶片做得很长.但是过分增加叶片角,或叶片过

Abstract:Several geometrical variables of diagonal flow pumps with adjustable blades are discussed. These include (1) hub ratio; (2) inclination angle of axis of blades; (3) variation pattern of circulation and blade angle for meridional streamline; (4) clearance between the sides of impeller discharge and diffusion blades entrance; (5) determination of the angle at the blade outlet of diffusion. Following a qualitative analysis, the calculating methods for determining the above-mentioned variables are given on the basis of statistical materials collected. With these methods, a diagonal flow pump model with a specific speed of ns= 600 has been designed. Test results show that the performance of the pump is up to design requirements.
