摘 要: | 用提高温度时效模拟长期运行21/4Cr-1Mo钢不同的显微组织状态,并对其力学性能进行了研究.结果表明,珠光体球化是21/4Cr-1Mo钢组织变化的主要特征;随珠光体球化程度的加剧,材料的常温拉伸性能、高温蠕变和持久性能变差;最后研究了组织损伤和蠕变损伤,提出了长期运行21/4Cr-1Mo钢的剩余寿命预测方法.

Abstract: | Different microstructures of long-serviced 21/4Cr -1 Mo steel were simulated by hightemperature accelerated aging and the mechanical properties were tested. The results show thatthe spherodization of pearlite is the main characteristic of the microstructural changes in the steel.The tensile properties and creep strength of the steel decrease with the speroidization of thepearlite. Finally,a remaining life prediction methed for long-serviced 21/4Cr-1Mo steel is proposedwhich takes into account both the microstructure damage and the creep damage. |
